I participated as a research and innovation consultant for several brands in LATAM, in projects ranging on products and service innovation, distribution and communication strategies.
My contribution to the teams ranged from material creation, trend forecasting, facilitation of ethnographic research methods, quantitative analytics, brainstorming and think-thank sessions, deliverable creation, and client presentations.
The showcased projects covered several industries, such as consumer goods, telecommunications, and healthcare. Through human-centered research, design thinking, and rapid prototyping, the outcomes had an impact on product development, retail, and communication strategy.

Led interviews and field visits to identify opportunities for social impact in a high-end whiskey brand
Facilitated focus groups to create a new yogurt line that could compete with a market leader
Worked with advertising agency to create BTL activations for the 'win from within' campign
Led UXR with stakeholders to Identify the B2B consumer niche for a new nutrition solution
Supported UXR to identify a successful packaging, name, and advertising strategy for a new snack
Shopping journeys and field visits across different distribution channels to identify a successful retail strategy
Led focus groups to identify opportunities for a high-end furniture brand
Led a design thinking and packaging innovation workshop for a major beer company
Led UXR with patients and stakeholders to create a new adherence program for patients and caregivers
