DELIVERING A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE FOR EMERGENT BRANDS AND ENTHUSIASTIC SHOPPERS

ABOUT

This multidisciplinary project intended to innovate a distribution channel for millennials by creating a solution that involved digital and physical components.

The innovation process included interviews with consumers, experts and two facilitated co-creation workshops with potential clients of the new retail experience.

 

As a team, we also approached experts in the retail and POP-UP business and business, as well as business experts. We covered topics related to their field of study, while we validated design criteria and ideas emergent from the design process.

 

The rich mix of participants allowed us to integrate new voices into our research, validating our hypothesis and bringing new ideas to the table.
